Challenge

Jobora is a job application tracking SaaS that had built a strong product, but users were not discovering it. The platform lacked clear differentiation in a crowded market and the message did not speak directly to the people it wanted to reach. Without clarity on the audience, the value and the position in the market, user adoption stalled.

Solution

We started with a full brand strategy process using our CLICK framework to help the team get clear on their target audience, ideal customer and overall direction. Together, we defined Jobora’s mission, vision, purpose and personality, which gave us the foundation for a brand that made sense to the people they wanted to reach. From there, we built a new identity system and designed a landing page and dashboard with a sharper value story, simpler structure and a clear focus on helping new users understand the product quickly.

Result

After launch, Jobora saw an increase in new user adoption, particularly from early adopters who value fresh tools. The clearer strategy and new identity helped the product stand out and gave the team a foundation for their next phase of growth. The project created momentum and moved the product into a position where users could understand it and choose it.
