Two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable. Additional rounds are billed at £750 each.
A 50% advance deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due before the final handover (Kickoff).
All web packages include a 1-year warranty on the website, covering any bugs or issues that arise during that time.

Hey, I'm Diquan. I run Syba, a brand and web studio for climate tech founders.
I've always wanted to do work that helps people, the planet, and animals. But for years, I worked in tech where the only bottom line that mattered was profit.
My partner and co-founder – Chante is a sustainability consultant. Through her work, I saw the triple bottom line up close. People, planet, profit. All three, not one at the expense of the others. That changed how I thought about business.
So I built Syba. A brand and web studio for the companies actually trying to fix things. The climate tech founders building solutions to the problems that matter most.
Before Syba, I spent years as a product manager building managed services around SaaS products for enterprise clients. My team of two pulled in £5m ARR. With that, I saw what a strong brand can do. I knew why we purchased certain solutions as an enterprise buyer. And I knew why other enterprises purchased those same solutions from us. The solutions that sold weren't always better, but they always had a better brand. One that made the decision easy to buy.
Climate tech founders face the same issues. High competition, risk-averse buyers and investors. Decisions made in rooms that they are not in. Getting your brand in the room can change everything. A signed-off pilot. A closed investment round. A mission that moves forward instead of stalling.
We believe we can establish a way forward with brand, strategy, and storytelling to carry innovations into the rooms where decisions are made. That's what we're here to build.
