Challenge

Femi needed a brand identity that set her apart from other tennis coaches in her community. Her audience was broad, with a strong focus on children, women and families, yet she also wanted a brand professional enough for corporate events. Without a clear strategy, it was difficult to create a visual system that could communicate to all of these groups in a simple and focused way.

Solution

We ran a short strategy sprint using our CLICK process to define her audience, her purpose and the vision she had for her coaching brand. This gave us a crystal clear direction for the identity. The brand needed to feel professional, fun and friendly, and it needed to work in many settings such as social media, web, print, badges and merchandise. Over six weeks we built a full identity system with versatile logo variations, a clear visual style and brand guidelines that showed her exactly how to use it. We also provided a Loom walkthrough so she could implement everything with confidence.

Result

The final brand gave Femi a distinct position within her coaching community. Her identity is now clear, targeted and instantly recognisable, which makes her stand out against coaches with no branding or inconsistent DIY visuals. The strategy and identity work created a brand that reflects her personality, supports her coaching goals and allows her to grow with a strong foundation.
